Drug Rehab Center's Crazy Booklet?

I took this insane issue of drug rehab centers. The book actually gives you advice on how to make drugs. It explains how to use medicines more safely. This is done in the name of AIDS, but I still think it's crazy. I thought it was the target of a rehabilitation center for people from the drug altogether. Have they no longer safe. Man, it's like the teacher who says you can not have sex and then give you condoms, so you can safely incase you choose not to obey. But this is an even more insane levels. The body is made for sex, but not for drugs. What do you think of this brochure on how to use drugs more safely? sounds far-fetched to me, send me info wow! thats interesting. I think people have a hard enough time trying to get off drugs - it is not an easy thing to do, you know? but to give them tips on how to be safer when it really cut their chances of contracting aids or Hep B or C. There is a new hepatitis that is spread primarily through intravenous drug use, called hepatitis delta or hepatitis d want more and more that can be safer than not the process. And can not leave all of being stupid or doing stupid things. But you can give them information about how not to die while being stupid and I hope that over time can get the head end and very clean! It's called harm reduction. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harm_reduction http://www.harmreduction.org/ of "harm reduction is a philosophy of public health, intended to be a progressive alternative to the prohibition of certain potentially life-styles dangerous. The central idea of harm reduction is the recognition that some people always have and always will have a behavior that carries a risk, such as casual sex, prostitution and drugs. The main objective of harm reduction is to mitigate the risks and health hazards associated with risky behaviors own Another objective of harm reduction is to reduce the damage caused by or associated with, the legal situation in which behaviors are performed (eg, the prohibition of certain acts or substances can help create a black market where illicit trade flourishes.) Harm reduction initiatives range from widely accepted ideas, such as designated driver campaigns, the most controversial initiatives, such as providing condoms in public schools, needle exchange programs or safe injection sites more for users of intravenous drugs, the legalization of drugs, and maintenance programs for heroin.
